Troubleshooting - Why would a new post fail to appear on the list of messages?

The software used by some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) speeds the delivery of recently viewed webpages by simply resending a cached (saved) version of the page, rather than checking with the site to see if it might have been updated in the previous few seconds. The server will only request the current version if you click on the "reload" ("refresh") button in your browser. Thus, we have written the link at the bottom of the message composition window to do this automatically when a user is ready to return to the message list.
